This past week was spent in one of the most magical places I have been lucky enough to visit.

The Fairmont Le Château Frontenac has been named the world’s most photographed hotel – and with great reason. Just look at him. Impressive spires reaching from the copper rooftop that become emerged in the most beautiful sunsets I have seen. Celebrating 125 years, the Château Frontenac has never looked better. The life that has walked these halls before me was rich in the air – I was fortunate enough to be apart of it.

The charm and grace that surrounds the Château Frontenac in old Quebec is nothing short of magical. From the city streets, to the courtyards and gardens – this town has the feeling that falls somewhere between Beauty and the Beast and a Nancy Meyers film. Also described as – perfection. Everywhere you look is inundated with history and life! It was an invigorating experience.

My room was on the 14th floor, which gave me access to the Fairmont Gold. A hotel within the hotel. Located on the top two floors, this was level had your own private Concierge and restaurant. With a sprawling breakfast and complimentary happy hour. This. Was. Heaven. The staff was impeccable. I had never felt more taken care of and looked after.

From dinners in the city, to crafting cocktails created by the Château Frontenac’s out master mixologist, to ice fishing and taking a visit to an ICE HOTEL! I have to say old town Quebec is on my list of favorite destinations. I can’t wait to come back.

Major thanks to the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac for hosting me this week. I was not paid to be here and, as always give my personal opinion from the heart!
