This past week I was sent to San Francisco where I was met by the all new Chevrolet Bolt EV.
Upon arriving I was met by the Chevrolet tea and was handed keys to the all electric beast. Sitting in the drivers seat I question whether I am in a car or an elegant spacecraft.
With 238 miles per charge, I was able to drive up to Napa for the weekend. This car drives like a dream. Silent, smooth and still. I have never been in an electric vehicle that had the finesse of the Bolt EV.
Watching the vineyards of Napa pass by, I couldn’t help but smile as I knew this car was making a difference in the air quality for them.
Pulling up to the gorgeous Calistoga Ranch where we would be staying for the weekend. This beautiful resort has it all. Moss covered trees and rocks create serene beauty with a calming energy. Parallel to the Bolt EV.
We enjoyed a private dinner in the resort’s wine cave. A cellar carved into the side of a mountain. It was incredible! After dinner it was back to my suite. A beautiful bedroom with sunken tub and outdoor shower. Oh and need I mention the private hot tub on my deck? The space was incredible and I can’t wait to go back!
The following day we drove to Raymond Vineyards and became a winemaker for a day! After creating our exciting blended wines, we were whisked away to a fantastic dinner in the private dining room under a few million dollars of Baccarat chandeliers. This place will never cease to amaze me.
As our trip wrapped, it was time to head back into city. Driving over the iconic Golden Gate bridge was a first for me. I had the biggest grin on my face. This was a truly incredible experience from begin gin to end. I will remember it forever.
