This past week I was invited to the incredible dinner experience with my friends at Grey Goose.
You all know that I recently was whisked away to the grand chateau, Le Logis in France…now, Bordeaux has come to the City of Angeles.
Upon entering the dinner, I instantly was met with my favorite Grey Goose cocktail, Le Grand Fizz. A decadent combination of Grey Goose Vodka, St. Germain, soda water and fresh lime. The best way to get the party started.
From the baguettes of the French fields to the citrus groves of California, a melting pot of nothing but style and class erupted poolside at the Simon House in Beverly Hills.
Grey Goose asked me to imagine ways to invite the spirit of France to California. Hmmm…
When you are in LA, there is one thing you need to carry – a leather piece from Clare Vivier. The vision of C.V. is as enchanting as the renown country from which she draws inspiration itself… Flat camel nubuck envelopes clad in red, white and blue stripes remind us of Marie Antoinette’s famed country as we sat down. Each of the 65 guests enjoyed a hand crafted piece by the California designer.
I was seated next to my sexy friend Marianna Hewitt, and across from my boys Blake Scott and Jose Figaro. As Chef Bruce Kalman created some perfectly paired farm fresh dishes along side meticulously crafted Grey Goose cocktails.
The sun goes down and St. Lucia and Zimmer take the stage to entrap us in the sounds of the French Riviera. Dancing all night, we found it hard to enter back into the city limits of Los Angeles after being transported to Europe for the past few hours…
Thanks for joining me along this night,
Adieu,
TS
